In 2018, Glenwood acquired Seorabeol City Gas from GS Group. Seorabeol City Gas is an exclusive LNG gas distributor in Gyeongju City and Yeongcheon City in North Gyeongsang province of Korea.
In 2014, Glenwood acquired Magic (formerly Tongyang Magic, now SK Magic) from Tongyang Group. Magic is one of the top rental service providers for water purification, air purification, and bidet products in Korea.
PI Advanced Materials
In 2020, Glenwood acquired PI Advanced Materials (formerly SKC Kolon PI) from SKC and Kolon Industries. PI Advanced Materials is the global No. 1 producer of Polyimide Film for advanced industries such as display, semi-conductor and electric vehicle.
In 2018, Glenwood acquired Haeyang Energy (formerly Haeyang City Gas) from GS Group. Haeyang Energy is an exclusive LNG gas distributor in Gwangju City, Naju City and seven counties in South Jeolla province of Korea.

In 2019, Glenwood acquired Hankuk Glass Industries (HGI) from Saint Gobain Group. HGI designs, manufactures and offers a full range of glass products across verticals, including commercial, residential, and automotive.
In 2016, Glenwood acquired Halla Cement (formerly Lafarge Halla Cement) from LafargeHolcim Group. Halla Cement is one of the top seven cement manufacturers in Korea with 8.2 million tonnes production capacity.
